Ingredients:

  • 600 g raw beetroot

  • 4–5 cloves of garlic

  • 80 g vegetable oil

Marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel the beetroot and grate it finely.

  2. Chop the garlic finely or crush it.

  3. Mix all the marinade ingredients and add to the beetroot with garlic.

  4. Bring the oil to a boil and pour the hot oil over the mixture.

  5. Stir well and let it stand for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

How to consume?

It is recommended 1–2 tablespoons daily, either on its own or as a side dish to main meals.
