How to prepare grandma’s remedy for stomach pain?
- Take 1 sugar cube and place it on a tablespoon.
- Pour over it about 1 teaspoon of Alpa.
- Put the cube in your mouth, chew thoroughly and swallow.
This simple trick helps mainly with bloating and gas. Relief often comes within a few minutes.

- 10 chestnuts
- 1 bottle of Alpa
Cut the chestnuts and place them in a jar. Pour in Alpa and leave for 3 weeks in a dark, cool place. Then use to massage sore backs or joints.
For toothache and canker sores
- 15–25 cloves
- 60 ml of Alpa
Pour Alpa over the cloves and let steep for 24 hours. Then apply a cotton pad to the aching tooth. The tincture also helps with canker sores or inflammations in the mouth.
