Today we present one recipe for a universal dough without yeast. You can bake bread, buns, or pizza from it, and you only need 3 ingredients.
This miraculous recipe is a hit on the internet, because dried and fresh yeast are currently as rare as saffron in stores.
You will need:
- flour
- baking powder
- Greek yogurt
Preparation:
For half a kilo of dough, 2 cups of all-purpose flour with 3-4 teaspoons of baking powder will be enough.
Pour them into a bowl and add 2 cups of Greek yogurt.
Turn this mixture out onto a floured work surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
The base is ready!
TIP: You can very easily prepare a larger or smaller batch of dough. Always follow the rule – 1 cup (250 ml) of all-purpose flour = 1.5-2 teaspoons of baking powder. Use the same amount of Greek yogurt as the baking powder.
