I haven’t been sick for more than five years. I don’t have the flu, a runny nose, or a cough, and I believe the main reason is this natural drink, which I prepare every morning. The combination of lemon, ginger and honey acts as a powerful immune booster and the perfect start to a new day.

Why does this drink work?

Ingredients for the natural drink

Preparation
