This salad is a great choice if you’re looking for a tasty and light alternative to traditional potato salad. With grilled chicken and a fresh combination of ingredients, it’s suitable for any occasion.

Preparation procedure

  • Preparation of the first layer: Cut the grilled chicken into smaller pieces. Mix it with the fried onion and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a salad bowl.
  • Preparation of the second layer: Coarsely grate the carrot and eggs. Mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and create the second layer over the chicken mixture.
  • Preparation of the third layer: Coarsely grate the cheese, cut the pineapple into small pieces. Mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and layer on the salad.
  • Finishing: Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts.
