Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation: Grate the chilled butter and add the salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add 3 eggs, the flour, the baking powder and the cream. Work into a smooth dough.
- Baking the dough: Grease a baking sheet with fat and spread the dough. Arrange the apples sliced into wedges on the dough and drizzle them with lemon juice. Gently press the apples into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
- Cream topping: In a bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs and the remaining sugar. Remove the cake from the oven, pour the prepared cream mixture over it and bake for another 50 minutes.
- Finishing: Let the baked pie cool and dust with powdered sugar.
