- 1. Preparing the oven and ingredients: Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- 2. Mixing the mixture: In a larger bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth (about 1 minute). Then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix for another 1 minute. Finally add the yolks and mix until the mixture is well combined (about 2 minutes).
- 3. Preparing the egg whites: In another bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks (5-6 minutes). Then slowly and thoroughly fold them into the prepared mixture.
- 4. Baking: Prepare a baking tray with higher sides and a baking pan. Wrap the bottom of the pan in foil and pour the prepared mixture into it. Pour water into the tray and place the pan into it. Bake for 50 minutes.
- 5. Cooling and serving: After removing from the oven, let the cheesecake cool for approximately 1 hour. Then dust it with powdered sugar to taste and you can serve.
