Preparation procedure
- 1. Preparation of the quark filling: First prepare the quark filling by mixing all the listed ingredients. Mix thoroughly until the filling is smooth.
- 2. Preparation of the batter: Beat the whole eggs with the sugar until foamy. Then gradually add the oil and milk. Finally, gently fold in the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.
- 3. Assembling the bundt cake: Into a form greased with lard and dusted with coarse flour, layer the batter. On it place half of the quark filling, then batter again, the rest of the filling and finally the remaining batter.
- 4. Baking: Place the bundt cake in a preheated oven at 200 °C. After 10 minutes lower the temperature to 160 °C and finish baking until the bundt cake is golden and cooked through.
