This insanely tasty and very simple yeast-dough cake is extremely juicy thanks to the cream poured over it right after baking. Try it, whether in a full or a half batch!

Preparation procedure
- Starter preparation: In warm milk dissolve a teaspoon of sugar, add the yeast, stir and let the starter rise.
- Dough handling: Add the eggs and 100 g butter to a bowl and mix. Add a pinch of salt and gradually add the flour, which you have sifted through a sieve. Then add the starter and work the dough. Let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Preparing the pan: Prepare a small pan (20×20 cm), which you grease thoroughly with butter.
- Shaping the cake: Layer the prepared dough into the pan and spread it evenly. Rub your hands with oil and gently press the dough into the pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Making holes: After half an hour, grease your hands with oil again and make holes in the dough with your finger.
- Adding the butter mixture: Mix 50 g butter with sugar and use a spoon to press this mixture into the holes.
- Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
- Pouring the cream: After baking, remove the cake, poke it with a toothpick and pour the cream over it. Return it to the oven for another approx. 10 minutes.
