Baking powder (1/2 packet)
1/2 tablespoon of oil
5 eggs
0.1 dcl of milk

Preparation procedure

1. Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Put your favorite omelette ingredients into each cup. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
3. Take a bowl and mix 5 eggs with the baking powder, oil, and milk. Add a little salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
4. Then pour this mixture over the filling in the cups.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. You can optionally drizzle ketchup over the finished cups
