Simple and tasty meatless dish, ideal not only for summer days! This combination of potatoes, zucchini and sour cream brings lightness and great flavor. Just a few ingredients and in no time the whole family will enjoy it.

- Vegetable preparation: Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes and zucchinis into thin slices.
- Sautéing: Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the potatoes gradually until golden brown. Then fry the zucchini slices as well so they soften and gain a lightly toasted surface.
- Layering in a baking dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with oil. Place the first layer of potatoes, then zucchini, and sprinkle with chopped dill. Repeat the layers until you have used all the vegetables. Lightly salt and pepper each layer.
- Preparing the cream mixture: Mix the sour cream with a pinch of salt, pepper, and optionally a little fresh dill. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
- Baking: Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 180 °C. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the cheese acquires a golden color.
- Serving: Sprinkle the finished dish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. It tastes great on its own or as a side to meat dishes.
