- Preheat the oven.
- Thoroughly wash the potatoes, do not peel them. In boiling water cook the potatoes 15 – 20 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl mix the olive oil and crushed garlic.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cooked potatoes on it.
- Partially smash the potatoes
- You can also cover the potatoes with a towel and press them with your palm.
- Pour a little of the olive oil with garlic onto each potato.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and, if desired, other spices.
- Add Parmesan, cheese and chopped chives.
- Put on the grill or into the oven for 7 – 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are crispy.
