- First, wash the zucchinis, dry them and cut off the ends.
- Slice them into thicker slices; they should be at least 1.5 cm thick.
- Put the sliced zucchini rounds into a bowl and salt them so they release water.
- Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grate the mozzarella on a fine grater.
- If you don't like mozzarella, use any other cheese.
- The important thing is that it can be grated. For this reason, mold-ripened cheeses are not recommended.
- Drain the water from the slices and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the zucchini with seasoning and dried garlic. You can use any spices you like.
- Drizzle the zucchini with olive oil and give everything in the baking dish one last good mix.
- Then arrange the zucchini in rows and sprinkle them with the grated cheese.
- Put the zucchini into an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 40 minutes until golden.
