    1. Cook the red beetroot, then let it cool and cut it into cubes.
    2. Cut the hard-boiled egg, the pickled cucumber and the cheese into cubes as well.
    3. Blend the walnuts in a blender.
    4. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, add salt and pepper.
    5. Finally, just add the mustard and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly!
