  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lightly grease the mugs or oven-safe ramekins and dust with flour.
  • Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into small cubes.
  • Prepare the batter in a bowl by mixing the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the egg, oil and milk and stir until smooth. Fold in the apples.
