- Pour the coconut into a bowl and add the sweetened condensed milk to it.
- Mix it all well and let it sit for a while.
- Prepare a baking tray or a work surface and place baking paper on it.
- Shape the coconut mixture in your hands into bars, or if you prefer, into balls or cubes.
- Then place the bars in the freezer for at least half an hour so they're easier to work with.
- Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate and put it into a bowl.
- It shouldn't be hot; it should be slightly cooled.
- The final step is just coating the coconut bars in chocolate.
- Place the coated bars back onto a tray or a work surface covered with baking paper.
- You can put them in the freezer or refrigerator for a while.
