Preparation procedure

    1. We defrost the puff pastry, or take it out of the fridge if it is only chilled. We divide it into parts.
    2. In a bowl we mix the cheese with the eggs.
    3. We brush the baking tray with melted butter and line it with one layer of dough.
      We brush that with butter. On the dough we put a layer of cheese and on top again a layer of dough, which we again brush with butter.
    4. We can roll the dough or just layer it and cut it into squares so the dish is easier to serve.
    5. It's entirely up to you. The last layer should be a cheese layer. Pour the whole thing with sour cream mixed with the eggs, just like for French potatoes.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for at least 30 to 35 minutes.
