  • Soaking the sesame Soak the sesame seeds overnight in water. In the morning, drain them, rinse and put them into a blender.
  • Blending Add 250 ml of water and the honey to the sesame. Blend into a fine mixture. Then pour in the remaining water and blend thoroughly again until you achieve a smooth consistency. If you don't have a blender, you can grind the seeds thoroughly, but it will take longer.
  • Serving This way you will obtain approximately 1 liter of sesame milk. Every morning before breakfast enjoy 1 glass (about 200 ml). After a few days the craving for sweets should decrease significantly.
