For the salad:

1/2 head of white cabbage
1 carrot
1 small onion

For the dressing:

200 g mayonnaise
40 ml wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
a pinch of ground black pepper

Preparation procedure

Preparing the vegetables Finely chop the cabbage or grate it. Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Cut the onion into very small pieces.
Preparing the dressing In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth so that all the ingredients combine well.
