Preparation procedure

    1. Wash the peppers and remove their seeds.
    2. Dip them for 2 minutes in boiling water, then place them into cold water and peel them.
    3. Arrange them side by side in sterilized jars.
    4. Dissolve the sugar, salt and citric acid in the water, bring to a boil.
    5. Pour the hot brine over the peppers, cover the jars with a lid and let sterilize for 20 minutes (3-liter jars – 25 minutes).
    6. Turn them upside down, wrap in a cloth and let cool completely
