Ingredients: 500 g all-purpose flour; 250 g butter or one baking fat for baking; 1 small tub of sour cream; 1 packet of baking powder; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 egg yolk; 1 egg for brushing and grated cheese for sprinkling

Ingredients

500 g all-purpose flour
250 g butter or one baking fat for baking
1 small tub of sour cream
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
1 egg for brushing and grated cheese for sprinkling

Preparation procedure

Mix all the ingredients for the dough (they should be at room temperature), transfer to the work surface, roll out and cut out the individual pagáčiky.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with egg and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
