Preparation procedure

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the cream mixture. ( 2 eggs ,200 g grated Edam cheese,4 to 5 tablespoons of sour cream,1 tablespoon chopped green parsley,salt and pepper to taste)
  • If it seems too runny, add a little sifted all-purpose flour.
  • Wash the chicken breasts and pound them flat.
  • Arrange half of the slices on the prepared bacon, pour in all of the cream mixture and finally cover with the remaining chicken meat.
  • Fold the overhanging bacon over the surface of the roulade and place in an oven preheated to 170 °C.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
