Preparation procedure
- Prepare the coffee, either instant or from beans. Of course, if using coffee beans, strain the coffee.
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, adding the sugar and milk.
- Let the pudding cool slightly and stir in the butter.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer some of them on the bottom of the pan.
- Spread our chocolate cream over the ladyfingers and a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Place another layer of ladyfingers and repeat the whole process until the ingredients are used up, with the last layer being the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and let set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight.
