Preparation procedure

  • Prepare the coffee, either instant or from beans. Of course, if using coffee beans, strain the coffee.
  • Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, adding the sugar and milk.
  • Let the pudding cool slightly and stir in the butter.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer some of them on the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread our chocolate cream over the ladyfingers and a layer of whipped cream on top.
  • Place another layer of ladyfingers and repeat the whole process until the ingredients are used up, with the last layer being the whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder and let set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight.
