- 1. Preparation of the coffee and pudding: Brew your coffee (you can use instant or ground coffee, which you should remember to strain). Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, adding the sugar and milk. Let the pudding cool slightly and then stir in the softened butter.
- 2. Whipping the cream: Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Assembling the cake: Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer some of them on the bottom of the pan. Spread the prepared chocolate cream over the ladyfingers and top it with a layer of whipped cream.
- 4. Repeating the layers: Place another layer of ladyfingers and repeat the whole process until you have no ingredients left. Remember that the final layer should always be whipped cream.
- 5. Setting: Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and let the cake set in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
