Preparation procedure
- In a blender, blend the biscuits, then add 150 g melted butter and work it in thoroughly.
- Layer the biscuit mixture into the cake pan, including up the sides.
- Chill in the refrigerator
- Heat 2 tbsp cream, the cane sugar and the remaining butter (20 g) so that everything melts and mixes properly.
- In another saucepan, melt the chocolate and another 2 tablespoons of cream.
- Dissolve the gelatin according to the usual instructions.
- Mix the powdered sugar with the mascarpone, add the coarsely chopped Mars bars, the gelatin and finally the remaining whipped cream.
- Divide the mixture in half – layer the first half onto the biscuit base and pour over half of the chocolate glaze and half of the sugar glaze. You can slightly score the cream with a knife so the glaze runs down lower.
- Layer the second half of the cream and again pour both glazes over it.
- Top with chopped chocolate or Mars bars and refrigerate for at least two hours.
