  • Dough preparation Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Incorporating the flour and cocoa Add the sifted flour and cocoa. Work into a soft dough that can be easily piped from a pastry bag.
  • Shaping the cookies Transfer the dough to a bag fitted with a decorative tip and pipe cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in any shape you like – circles, S-shapes, little flowers...
