Preparation procedure

  • Dough preparation Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Incorporating the flour and cocoa Add the sifted flour and cocoa. Work into a soft dough that can be easily piped from a pastry bag.
  • Shaping the cookies Transfer the dough to a bag fitted with a decorative tip and pipe cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in any shape you like – circles, S-shapes, little flowers...
  • Baking Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes. Then let the cookies cool completely.
  • Filling On half of the cookies put a teaspoon of jam or chocolate cream and top with the other half.
  • Chocolate glaze Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Dip or drizzle the cookies and let set.
