Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the batter: In a bowl mix the beaten eggs, sugar, flour, Granko, oil and baking powder. Pour the finished batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
  • Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake the cake 35 to 45 minutes, until the surface is golden and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Drizzling and spreading: Drizzle the baked, still-warm cake with hot sweetened coffee. Let the coffee soak in and then spread raspberry jam over the entire surface.
  • Preparing the glaze: In a saucepan heat the whipping cream and dissolve the cooking chocolate in it. Simmer the mixture over low heat until smooth, then pour it over the cake. Spread evenly.
  • Resting: Let the cake rest in a cool place for 8 to 10 hours so that all the flavors meld.
  • Decoration and serving: Cut the cake into smaller portions and decorate with whipped cream to taste.
