Ingredients

1 package of long ladyfingers (200 g)
2 packets of chocolate pudding
800 ml of milk
100 g of butter
5 tbsp granulated sugar
100-150 ml of coffee
200 ml whipping cream

Preparation procedure

Preparation of the coffee and the pudding Make the coffee, either instant or ground. If you use ground coffee, don't forget to strain it. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, add the sugar and 800 ml of milk. Let the pudding cool and then stir in the butter.
Whipping the cream Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Assembling the cake Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer some of them on the bottom of the pan. Spread the chocolate cream over the ladyfingers, then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be the whipped cream.
Setting and serving Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and chill in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours, but preferably overnight.
