- Bring 230 ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of butter to a boil.
- Let the milk cool slightly and add the yeast to the warm milk.
- Let it stand for approximately 10 minutes.
- Then add a tablespoon of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Add 150 g of flour to this mixture and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Mash one banana into a puree and add it to the mixture.
- Mix well again. The dough should be sticky.
- Sprinkle flour onto the work surface and knead the dough.
- Then place it in a bowl and cover with a cloth. Set aside in a warm place for an hour.
- Then roll the dough into a rectangle on a well-floured board.
- Melt the remaining butter and spread it over the dough.
- Sprinkle ground or chopped walnuts over it and dust with cinnamon, and if you like aromatic sweets, you can also add a pinch of crushed cloves.
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds and arrange them on the dough.
- Roll up the dough and cut it into approximately 8 pieces.
- Grease a baking sheet or casserole dish so the rolls don't stick to the bottom.
- Then place them on it carefully so they don't fall apart.
- Bake until golden, about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Meanwhile, prepare the creamy glaze. For its preparation you will need 3 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, and powdered sugar to taste.
- Melt the butter in a small pan and add the remaining ingredients.
- If the glaze is too thick, add more milk.
