Preparation procedure

  • Egg-white topping Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and beat in the powdered sugar. Spread the resulting meringue onto the baked cottage cheese base.
  • Second baking stage Bake the meringue in the oven at 180 °C for another 15 minutes, until the surface turns golden.
  • Serving Let the cake cool in the pan, then carefully remove, cut into portions and serve.
