Preparation procedure

Brown layer Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks with the sugar. Gently fold in the chocolate pudding. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for about 15–20 minutes. After baking, let cool and remove the paper.
Yellow layer Whip the egg whites with the sugar in the same way and fold in the vanilla pudding. Bake again at 180 °C for about 15–20 minutes. Let cool.
White layer Whip the egg whites with the sugar into a meringue and add the corn starch. Spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for 15–20 minutes.
Cream Beat the yolks with the sugar, flour and 200 ml milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, add the yolk mixture and, stirring constantly, cook into a thick pudding. Stir 200 g Nesquik into the hot pudding and mix well. Let cool. Beat the butter until fluffy and gradually add the cooled pudding. Add the remaining Nesquik and mix into a smooth cream. Divide it into three portions. Prepare the powdered whipped cream according to the instructions – whip it with 300 ml cold milk into a thick cream. Divide it also into three portions.
Assembling the cake Place the white layer on the bottom, spread it with Nesquik cream and then a layer of whipped cream. Next comes the yellow layer, again cream and whipped cream. Finally place the brown layer and finish the whole cake with the last layer of cream and whipped cream. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours, ideally overnight, so it sets nicely.
