- Assembling the cake: Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Layer 1/2 of the batter onto the tray and spread it evenly. Pour the quark filling onto the batter and use a spoon to layer the plum jam on top.
- Finishing: Layer the second half of the batter over the quark filling and smooth the edges.
- Baking: Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake at 160 °C until the cake turns golden. Baking time will be approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
