Mix the dough thoroughly. 200 g plain flour (this will make the dough). Gradually add 5 eggs to the dough.
Slowly put the dough into a piping bag and, using it or a spoon, form a flat area for the cream puff on the baking tray.
Place the tray in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Let the cream puffs cool. Now we need to put everything together.
Whip 250 ml of cream with a mixer until it reaches the desired consistency, add the previously whipped vanilla pudding
and stir it in.
Put the mixture into a piping bag and chill. Now whip another 250 ml of cream with a mixer
until stiff, add half of the caramel mixture and whip.
Also put this into a piping bag and leave in the refrigerator.
Stir 100 g powdered sugar into the other half of the caramel mixture.
Cut the cooled cream puffs horizontally in half and dip the top part into the caramel mixture, let it
drip off and meanwhile decorate the other half with cream and finish as you like.
