Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation: On a work surface, process all the ingredients for the dough and form a roll. Cut the roll into smaller pieces and use them to fill mini cupcake molds. Bake at 150 °C until golden. After baking, the cups will easily release from the molds.
- Cream preparation: In a bowl, whip the softened butter with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Add the cooled pudding and beat thoroughly. Fill the cream into a piping bag and pipe it into the cups. This batch makes exactly 30 cups.
- Decoration: Let the cream set partially and then decorate with seasonal fruit. Heat 125 ml of compote juice or water with half of the cake jelly and brush the fruit with a pastry brush. Let it set in the refrigerator, preferably until the next day.
