  • First, we prepare the yeast sponge in a bowl
  • To do this, we mix lukewarm milk with the yeast and sugar
  • Let it ferment for 30 minutes
  • In a larger bowl we mix the flour, egg, salt and oil
  • After 30 minutes we mix the dough with the sponge, knead the dough and let it rise under a cloth
  • We prepare the filling by mixing all the necessary ingredients
  • After rising, we roll out the dough, cut out circles and arrange them on a baking tray
  • Make a depression in each circle and fill it with the mixture we prepared
  • Finally, sprinkle with fried bacon and dill
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 20–25 minutes
