  • We start with the dough (1 egg, 150 g sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 50 g margarine, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons honey, 450 g plain flour, 1 tablespoon cocoa). Mix all ingredients (except the flour) with a mixer.
  • Then put it on the stove and heat until the baking soda stops foaming.
  • Then remove from the heat and add the flour.
  • Make a pliable dough, which we divide into 4 equal parts.
  • Roll out while the dough is still warm to the size of the baking sheet.
  • Transfer onto baking sheets.
  • You can use parchment paper to be safe (if you don't know how to roll the dough very thin, you can divide the dough into three parts and roll out three slightly thicker sheets).
  • Bake at 180 ° C each sheet approx. 5-8 minutes.
  • While still hot, turn out from the baking sheet.
  • For the cream (4 dcl milk, 2 1/2 tablespoons plain flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 150 g butter) make it by mixing 2 tablespoons of flour into the milk together with the sugar and cooking into a thick porridge.
  • When the porridge cools, stir in the butter that we previously beat with the powdered sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix together until a smooth cream forms.
  • Divide the cream into three parts for four layers and into 2 parts for three layers.
  • Spread onto the sheets. spread the last sheet with chocolate glaze (100 g dark chocolate, 3 tablespoons oil)
  • The dessert is best the next day; it softens and slices well.
