- Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt
- Work the butter into this dry mixture
- Then add the yolks and cream
- Knead the dough
- Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1,5 cm
- Place the dough into a greased baking pan
- Arrange plum halves without pits on the dough
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and semolina (3 tablespoons)
- Beat the egg whites with sugar until smooth
- Mix the yolks and pudding, stir and add the sour cream
- Combine both mixtures together
- Pour the mixture over the plums and level
- Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees
