This cream slice is an excellent dessert that you can prepare in two variants – either with classic puff pastry, or with your own fit dough. Both versions are great and delicious!

Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation: If you're using puff pastry: Roll out two sheets of dough to fit a baking tray measuring 25 × 25 cm. Prick both sheets with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 10–15 minutes, until they turn golden. Then let them cool. If you're making your own dough: Mix all ingredients for the fit dough in a bowl until a uniform mass forms. Line a baking pan with higher sides with paper and press the dough evenly onto the bottom of the pan. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
- Preparing the pudding cream: Prepare the pudding from the milk and pudding powder according to the instructions on the package. Add honey and, after it cools, stir in the thick plain yogurt. Layer the pudding onto the cooled base.
- Preparing the cottage cheese cream: In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the plain yogurt and honey. Finally add the gelatin stabilizer according to the instructions. Layer the cottage cheese cream over the pudding layer.
- Finishing: If you used puff pastry, you can add another sheet of puff pastry on top. Let the dessert set in the refrigerator. Finally, you can dust with coconut sugar.
