Preparation procedure

  • Whip the mascarpone with the plain yogurt and the vanilla protein (if the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water).
  • Place a layer of whole-grain biscuits at the bottom of the pan or bowl.
  • Add a few drops of rum flavoring to the brewed coffee, stir, and spoon the coffee over the individual biscuits.
  • Spread the cream over the layer of biscuits.
  • Repeat these steps several times until you use up all the ingredients (the final layer must be the cream).
  • Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder and let it set in the refrigerator overnight, then serve.
