Preparation procedure
- Preparing the batter: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Gradually add the oil, all-purpose flour mixed with cocoa, and the baking powder. Pour the finished mixture into a baking tray measuring 26 × 38 cm lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approximately 20 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer. Let cool.
- Preparing the cream: Dissolve the sugar in the milk and cook a classic pudding according to the instructions on the package. Allow the cooked pudding to cool completely. Gradually beat softened butter and vanilla sugar into the cooled pudding until a smooth cream forms. Spread the cream evenly over the cooled batter.
- Preparing the glaze: Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Pour the glaze over the cream layer and spread evenly.
- Finishing: Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill overnight so the flavors meld beautifully. Cut into squares with a sharp knife and serve.
