Ingredients: 2 packets of chestnut purée; 150 g crushed biscuits; ½ liter of milk; a little rum; ladyfingers as needed; sugar to taste; 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder; 1 liter of milk; 200 g sugar; 250 g butter; 1 package of whipping cream

Preparing the base: In a bowl, mix the chestnut purée, crushed biscuits, a little rum, sugar and milk. Work into a compact mass and press it onto the bottom of a cake pan.

Cream: Cook the pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder. Stir the butter into the hot pudding and let the cream cool.

Assembling the cake: Spread half of the pudding cream over the chestnut-biscuit base. Add a layer of ladyfingers and then spread the remaining cream over it.
