  • Cut the cabbage into half-moon slices, as shown in the picture.
  • Cook the cabbage cut like this in salted water until it softens slightly.
  • When we've cooked the cabbage, transfer it to a colander so the water drains thoroughly.
  • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.
  • Pour the breadcrumbs into another container.
  • Now alternately dip the cabbage into the seasoned eggs and the breadcrumbs.
  • Coat the cabbage in a three-stage breading; it will be very tasty and crispy.
  • Fry until golden on both sides and serve, for example, with roasted potatoes and a creamy garlic dip.
