  • Shaping the cones: Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into long narrow strips. Wrap these strips around metal cone molds (or use rolled baking paper) and bake at medium temperature, about 10 minutes at 180 °C, until golden. Let cool.
  • Preparing the cream: Cook both puddings in milk with sugar according to the instructions. Stir the vanilla sugar and the whipped egg whites into the hot pudding; they will give the cream lightness and airiness. Divide the pudding into two parts – mix the chocolate into one and the vanilla into the other.
  • Filling the cones: Fill the cooled cones with the pudding creams – either alternate them, or combine for a two-tone effect. Let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so the cream sets properly.
