Preparation procedure

    1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and then individually blend the cauliflower florets until they are pea-sized.
    2. In a large bowl mix the cauliflower together with the potatoes. Add the eggs, flour, green onion, salt, pepper, parsley and cheese and mix thoroughly.
    3. Heat a pan with olive oil and shape the resulting mixture into a patty. Place the patties on the hot oil. Fry each patty for about 3-6 minutes on each side.
    4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and keep them in an oven preheated to 250 degrees, leave them there for about 5 minutes and finally just sprinkle them with parsley.
    5. We can serve.
