If you’re looking for a simple and quick dessert that you can prepare without baking, this recipe is an ideal choice. Fluffy mousse-like cream with pudding, butter cookies and chocolate shavings make a perfect combination of flavors. Make this dessert that will delight the whole family!

Ingredients

500 ml whipping cream
600 ml milk (+ 100 ml for dipping the cookies)
2 packets instant vanilla pudding powder (no-cook)
1 packet vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
butter cookies
milk or dark chocolate for decoration

Preparation procedure

Cream preparation: In a large bowl mix the cream, 600 ml milk, pudding powder, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Whip the mixture until you get a smooth and fluffy cream.
Preparing the cookies: Briefly dip one side of each butter cookie into 100 ml of milk. Arrange the dipped cookies evenly on the bottom of a pan with higher sides (approx. 21 × 36 cm).
Layering: Spread the prepared cream evenly over the layer of cookies. Grate milk or dark chocolate on top.
Chilling: Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
