- Preparing the zucchini: Wash the zucchinis and grate them coarsely. Then salt them and let them sit for 15 minutes to release their water. Then squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Making the batter: Add the eggs, pressed garlic, Parmesan, salt and pepper to the zucchinis. Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.
