Spread the custard over the baked pastry and smooth.
Whipped cream layer Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and stabilizer until firm peaks. Spread it evenly over the cooled vanilla custard.
Finishing Place the second sheet of pastry with the caramel topping on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set. Cut into neat slices and serve.
