This recipe is simple and anyone can manage it. An ideal choice for Christmas, but also suitable as a sweet treat with coffee any time of the year.

Ingredients

Dough:

250 g plain flour
200 g powdered sugar
250 g grated hardened fat
150 g ground coconut

Nut cream:

250 g butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
150 g ground nuts scalded with 5 tablespoons of hot milk

Preparation procedure

In a bowl, process the flour, sugar, coconut and grated hardened fat into a smooth dough. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and use an oval cutter to cut thin ovals.
Bake in a moderately heated oven so that the laskonky remain light and crisp. After baking, let them cool completely.
Prepare the cream – beat the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then work in the scalded nuts.
Sandwich the cooled laskonky two by two with the nut cream.
You can also decorate with chocolate glaze to taste.
